A Holistic Approach to Health & Well-Being

Our program aims to serve as an alternative therapy intervention for trauma survivors by integrating holistic mind-body techniques. The process involves cultivating awareness of the body through gentle movement, fostering self-determination, and nurturing a compassionate relationship with the body in interactive sessions.

Through our program, participants engage in sessions designed to create a supportive environment that encourages shared experiences and reflections. Together, we embark on a journey of healing, promoting holistic well-being and empowering individuals to reclaim agency over their bodies and minds.

Program Offerings

Gentle Movement 

Helps give trauma survivors a greater sense of mind-body connection and ownership over their bodies. Helps improve overall well-being, restore balance and inspire self-compassion.

 

Art as a self care practice

Incorporating an intermodal Expressive Art method within a safe and non-judgmental space, this practice facilitates self-inquiry, self-growth, and self-understanding. It promotes the discovery of existing resources, a gentle reconnection with one's body, and the nurturing of valuable relationships, fostering a sense of belonging. Through these sessions, we aim to encourage self-exploration, personal growth, and a deeper understanding of oneself. Moreover, some of the techniques included contribute to skills development, providing participants with a sense of accomplishment and competence.

 

Self Defence

Based on self-awareness & work with one’s body, it is preparing participants to navigate & defend in potentially threatening situations, reducing stress & anger, & boosting  confidence.

 

Herbalist Health

Learn how to use traditional herbal medicines to overcome stress, anxiety and improve mental health.
