hildashaus e.V. is running a Menstrual & Menopause Health Awareness program with a community of 60+ people displaced by war and abuse. The program includes monthly distribution of sanitary products alongside health benefiting activities such as hormonal balance yoga.
With your support, you can help us keep this program sustainable in a long run as well as reach more vulnerable and marginalised people who menstruate.
